Network Fellowship

Organizational Structure

Life in Network Fellowship revolves around 5 complementary umbrella ministries :

Microsites

As the name suggests, Network Fellowship is a network of fellowships that meet in different locations and different times but are still organized as one church. In much the same way that many churches will conduct multiple services that may differ in style and even location the same concept applies to Network Fellowship, just to a much greater degree. The style of microsites may vary but might include music, Bible teaching, times of prayer, shared ministry, Communion or other activities you might expect to see in a church service.

Auxillary

Creating a strong foundation of administrative support services provides the opportunity for people with gifts of administration to serve in their strengths while allowing others to focus on theirs. Departments are loosely based around the type of roles different individuals may play within a particular project or ongoing ministry. The purpose of departments is to bring together people of similar gifting or skills to find ways to use and improve those talents.

Ministry Teams

While some ministry and outreach occurs in the context of the other main organizational components there is often a case for more specialized teams of people to work on particular projects or ongoing ministries. Bringing together Christians of similar vision but complimentary skills is an exciting part of our ministry focus.

Celebration

While our weekly fellowship meetings are centered around our microsites once a month we bring everyone together for a celebration event. These are intended to be inspirational times where we celebrate what God has done, is doing and will do. The also act as a "shop window" for others not yet part of the fellowship and are intended to be a reflection of who we are as a fellowship in all our diversity.

Tyranus

The Hall of Tyranus was a location in the city of Ephesus at which Paul conducted daily teaching sessions. Scripture tells us that these teaching times were instrumental in the spread of the gospel to the entire region. Types of teaching on offer range from in depth Bible study to courses such as "The Truth Project" or "Financial Peace University" to public seminars designed to be attractive to the community at large.
