An organism vs an organization
The Bible talks about the church being like a body - a living grown organism. Therefore as much possible we want avoid turning the church into a rigid institution. However, every living organism has some order as the different parts work together, therefore, while we don't want to be an institutional organization, we DO want to be organized in a way that supports people's walk with God and the ministry He has given to them.
Below are the basic building blocks that create the entity that is Network Fellowship.
